We provide warranty for 1 year or 100 000 shuffle cycles, whichever occurs first. 1 shuffle cycle = 1 shuffle of 1 deck (52 cards). Online consultation provided 24/7 for free. As part of the warranty, all service and spare parts are free of charge. This does not apply to cases caused by customer negligence. Any additional services like regular service visits on site etc. are subject to agreement.

We offer a full refurbishment of used machines. All worn parts are replaced and the machine re-configured including thorough cleaning. Recommended for machines with 300 000+ shuffle cycles.
